We take great pride in making your photo day run as efficiently as possible for everyone involved. The day and time should be scheduled far enough in advance to allow coaches and parents ample time to receive and fill out their photographic order forms.

InAction Photography will be responsible for the collection of orders and payments, and for the photo distribution. Photos are guaranteed to be delivered within 3 weeks of your league's photo day.

 

  In order to properly service leagues of all sizes we have created a unique process that ensures all teams are photographed at their scheduled time, and we make the whole process a quick and pleasurable experience.

Our custom-made software generates a unique barcode number for each player that matches each player's photo with the appropriate order form and team information.

Our software also allows us to quickly process each player's order and assures quick and accurate delivery of all products.

 

 

Contract Commissions 

We offer a commission to the league based on the number of players who are registered and not the number of players who have purchased one of our products. The league will receive $1 back for every player photographed or 10% of the net sales.

In the case of multi-year contracts, the commision will be increased to $1.50 per player or 15% of the net sales.

Using InAction Photography for your league photos will also guarantee your league gets one tournament covered by our tournament photographic staff, including a 15% return of net sales to the league.

Added Bonus - Composite Boards

As an added bonus, we will create a composite board of all your league's group photos and create a mosaic of your logo using all of the individual photos. Please note that the size of these boards varies based on the size of the league.
